I don't know if this bugs anyone else, or whether I am doing something wrong, but in V 5.0, when I write several orders and save them to the chart is it really necessary to list every diagnosis code after each order? If you print the orders (like a CBC, ESR, BUN) it lists the tests and groups the diagnosis codes up above in a specific section. However, when you save to the note, they are listed after each order, again and again and again... This just clutters the note with redundant information and all of this carries over to the letter generator and make the referral letter sloppy. It would be great to be able to turn this off.

This bothers me too and could cause problems. People going for a mammo don't want to turn in a slip containing their psych and STD diagnoses. Sometimes when I click uncheck all, it still prints them.

You have to click/unclick the diagnoses before you click on the individual test - for instance unclick all and click just PHARYNGITIS, then click the RAPID STREP. That should work.

That works if you're printing the order then and there. We have a Peace Health Labs draw station in our lobby that we send the lab orders to. However, they cannot be reprinted from the email (double click to open orders) without having all of the wrong diagnosis still printing out. Any ideas about how to fix that when reprinting?
