Probably the best card scanners are the two below. They are actually the same thing. We used to use them. They have really gotten better in the past three years.

Combine it with Amazing Labels, and you have a great way of print lab labels or addresses directly from AC. Only problem with our Amazing Labels is its free. But, you can pay me if you want.
