www.amazingcharts.com/beta/index.htm

About the 3rd line down you will see database tuner in blue - either click or if that does not work, right click and then save. Generally you should load it into your AC directory and then run.

Sometimes if you let AC just put you back to net to get it - will send you to wrong db tuner (beta, release, alpha, etc).

When upgrading from one version 4 to 5 we downloaded the installer. The download was taking hours so we left it for another day. When we started the install it asked for the database tuner so we downloaded it. Turned out the installer was a version behind the tuner and caused the tuner to indicate the database was broken. After restoring from tape (loosing days of work) and attempting again the tech finaly figured out there was a different tuner. He wanted to download the entire installer again even though I told him we where down and needed it up. The one hour upgrade over lunch turned into half a days down time and was going to be another 3 hours waiting for the new installer when I asked why we wouldnt just get the installer going we had, another half hour and we had the right tuner downloaded and the upgrade worked fine. The database tuner needs to be part of the download package to avoid this or more universal so if someone has waited a day or a week to run the upgrade they dont download the wrong tuner and end up loosing work and time.

I am really curious about your Internet connection. The file is ~ 7MB. How could it take hours to download?

Given that the program itself, is 180MBs, it would have taken days to download.
