Currently for medical records releases in version 5 we go to the patient chart then the past encounter tabs then file-> print entire chart but I have noted some problems with this

1) I cant figure out an easy way to print imported items- from the options in the print entire chart - when you check the imported items box it just pops up all the pdfs and other documents in your imported items but if you have more than 50 pdfs (which happens not infrequently) it crashes the adobe and anyway it is annoying to still have to print out or save each file individually- my only alternative is to copy the imported items out of the imported items folder on the server- any other ideas?
2) some of the pages don't put the patient's dob on each page- ie on larger than 2 page encounters the middle ones dont have the dob and the entire chart summary doesnt have the dob on each page- not that I care too much but my IPA does and they say medicare does- and it is required on each page- one alternative when needed is to print each encounter individually as that will put the dob on each page but does any one have any other options?
