OP scalpel Member Joined: May 2009 Posts: 351 Arkansas, USA	I don't understand why the chief complaint disappears when you click new note (CTRL-N). Its a new note for this visit and their complaint is automatically transferred from the "reason for visit/comments" when the appointment is made. So I open the patient, do a CTRL-N, and the once-appropriate chief complaint disappears and I have to re-type it. Just wish it would stay. Last edited by scalpel; 03/19/2010 2:56 PM.
