I like the Version 5 prescription program a lot better then the old one. It has the same screen for refill requests from the pharmacy. If I deny the refill, I can clear it. But if I go back into AC and refill, how do I then clear out the request from the pharmacy? I never new how to do this with the old version either?

I may be dense, but I have not figured out how to use the refill screens. They are apparently not very intuitive. I have now found through the new crop facility some pharmacy requests for refills, but when I opened the chart it will not let me refill giving an error with regard to quantity in a medication that I really do not want to refill of "28 samples", but apparently new crop wants me to fix this before prescribing another medication on the patient's list.
