The help notes say the contents of this box will "pop-up" in a future release. Just want to put in a plug for this to happen sooner rather than later. We use the box for delinquent AR, but sometimes the office is so busy that the yellow box is overlooked & patients with delinquent AR get booked anyway.

Yes, or that Flag. You can flag the patient too, but again you dont see it when you click on the schedule.
