At the suggestion of an apparent consensus of forum users, I have been using logmein to access AC from outside the office. This has generally worked well, but suddenly I have lost the ability to "see" the server in the office. When I log in on logmein, it shows no computers; the one that was there is gone. I have tried to research this on the logmein board, but can't find anything helpful there. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had the problem a while back. I uninstalled and reinstalled on the remote computers and it has been fine since.

I would ensure that the LogMeIn program is running on the computer you are trying to connect to. It so happened that I had disabled the option on start-up at one point so this resolved it for me.

Thanks, Leslie and Paul. The problem was in fact with the server in the office. Uninstall/reinstall of logmein fixed the problem. Maybe it was the 3 feet of snow on top of the machine.
