What is the easiest way to network to your database if you add a second location that you are at part-time? Thanks!

We have 2 separate databases and connect remotely with logmein when needed.

You cannot merge them as far as I know.
You also need to know how to differentiate place of service - If you have a second office you need different Medicare numbers and most insurances also require a different id.

For best results and easy setup I would suggest LogMeIn. If you have two databases that need to be merged I would talk to Guardian Angel Support. You may be able to do some export and import magic to consolidate the info you need. I highly recommend only using one database though. It is much easier to work with data when it is all in one place.
