Has anyone been having trouble getting through to live support lately? It used to be great but now seems hard to get and I am wobdering about renewing it at the end of our term (coming up)

Two nights ago I was desperate as I had moved my AC files to a different folder and could not find my information when I started out AC. It was almost 8 PM EST and took a chance on Live support request when Jon answered! I can't help but sing his praises as he took care of the problem quickly. I know my cost for live support is worth it---

Jon is great and very helpful with instructing us less computer savvy people around systems, and has steered me through some tricky office issues.
Recently when going to Live Support there has not been anyone available (we are on PST)
The newer support folks need a bit of practice; we had to use our local computer support people to restore a corrupted database from our separate office backup and weren't able to restore from the OSBU file; the Live Support tech person did not want to hear that I thought we needed to restore from the backup file, and after 6 hours of working w him called our local tech people and got the file restored and the program back and running. Quality of care depends on who you get...if you are lucky enough to get Jon online he will always steer you right.
