I have an older version of AC, 3.6. What is the cost to upgrade? I don't have the angel support.

You have to subscribe to angel support per their rules.
I personally think it is well worth the support for upgrades and bug support. Just think of it as a cost of business - support for my PM program is 1200 per year if I want it and they don't even include support to install a new version without it if you spend >1,000 to buy new version. I got so annoyed when I bought a $1,200 upgrade and no support was included to even install software (and it never went easy and there were always bugs).
