On one of my laptops running Vista, when I open up "item to sign off" from my messages, instead of opening in the imported item sign off screen it opens up to a whole page and I have to close it and then sign off. No other machine does this. I have Adobe reader 9.2. The imported item sign off screen remains blank. I am sure there is some setting somewhere but I can't figure it out. Can you? Thanks.

I remembered something similar to this being posted by me, but about a different program. There is probably an option somewhere. Here is a link to the post http://www.amazingcharts.com/ub/ubb...arch/true/Re_Print_Daily_Batch#Post16691

Hi Bill, sounds like you need to configure your pdf viewer to open within Internet Explorer. If you go through your IE options, then select something like 'open in internet explorer', then restart amazing charts.

HTH, post back either way, and someone will help solve this.

Thanks Paul and Benjamin.
I solved the problem by opening Adobe 9.2 reader and under the help menu there is a repair option. I clicked on it and the problem appears to be gone. Thanks again.
