I really wish we could track employees login/ logout time, and use that for payroll hours.
Currently my employees send me a daily email of logging in/logging out.

It looks to me like v5 will answer your wish. There is an area in the admin section that tracks all AC activity.

It sounds like a good start, but I would love a little element that would total hours,or even an official payroll feature smile

Why not use a secondary program? I know there is a lot of "time clock" software available. Our office is happy with AttendanceRX from Acroprint but we don't use the biometric stuff, just a have an employee number that they type in to log in and out.

We use a free program, picture timeclock that is on one computer and the employees clock in and out. It calculates their hours easily. Pretty basic, but it works. The company gives it away probably so you may be interested in their other products.
I have no financial interest, the web site is:

Thanks for your suggestions!

I just thought one sign in, helps keeps employees rushing to be on time, ready to work... but the suggestions are helpful... love that something works well.. and FREE!

Hey, this sounds like a great program. Better than my Excel spreadsheet they give me at the end of the week.

I have beeen using it for several years. I can remotely log in and pull down the time if I have forgotten to get it before I leave the office.

Basic but it works well.

We are using Quick Books and they have a cool time clock that is web based for use with their online payroll software. Employees just click in or out, and it saves their hours, calculates overtime, and saves it right in the payroll software.

Hi Chazli,

Hope, this software can literally make or break your business with its innovative features. When it comes to the benefits of Replicon's Online Timecard software , it's not just a few to list it out. Starting from time tracking to the preparation of the final consolidated report, this software can do the best.

Thanks!!!!
