We got some great support from the Techies. It probably has to do with our system. I traded laptops and the problem went away!!
Going to take the other laptop to our system guy for a tuneup.

I glad they were able to help. Tech Support sometimes gets a bad rep. I think they do the best they can. Looks like they came through for you.

Sure did,
Eric was awesome. We have been very pleased. Tech support has been consistently helpful and nice. The biggest problem we have getting help is the quality of our internet connection. We are considering switching to DSL which may be a little slower, but should be more consistent that our current provider.
