Is it possible when pt's chart is opened to see all reminders pertinent to that pt? For example, Pt has reminders: repeat mammogram in May, f/u thyroid US in April, check if she did Xray in a week, etc. They all will pop up in my mailbox in May, in April, in a week, etc. Lets say I am seeing Pt today. I know I can see my all reminders when I go to my mailbox tab, but is there a way to see them with the chart?

If you created the reminders, they will be in your Outbox, color coded yellow.

I don't see them in my Outbox. I do see them under My Reminders.

But, if I am understanding the question correctly, if you tick the box "Also document in patient's chart (as yellow reminder that is NOT part of the medical record."

it will show up in the chart with the date it will come up.

I found this reminder issue to really be a bother, so instead of making a reminder, which I couldn't find, I type in the items I need to followup in the plan part of that patients note at the very bottom.

The next time I see that patient, the previous progress note is there. I look in the plan... did they get xrays, is there lab to review and I ask them. Most of the time if there is diagnostic data we will have imported it into the chart and my MA will tell me I have items to check in imported items. If it is not there we ask the patient where it was done and the like to track the results.

Also, you can put the health care screening items into tracked data with the date and results... mammogram. normal and date.
I check it when the patients come in and will again put at the end or my progress note the time fo the next test... say March 15 2010.
