I was considering setting up Direct Deposit instead of getting a physical check in the mail since the Post Office is always mixing and losing my mail.
But then I got to thinking. Where would I get my Explanation of Benefits? I'm sure it would be online somewhere, but the thought of having to go to each insurance to download and print the EOB has me a little scared.
Anyway to have them sent to one central place and download from there?

It is a mess trying to get the EOB's! We by mistake signed up when enrolling in one insurance company and it is a mess trying to figure out which payment we receive, plus you need to give people access to bank accounts!

It's a bit of a mess that's for sure. Fortunately, my biller is my wife so she has online access to the bank account. Otherwise, she says she wouldn't be able to make sure the deposits are there until the end of the month when the bank statements get sent. Plus the Medicaid deposit is always a little different than their EOB because of a transaction fee the state of Arkansas charges.
Medicare, Medicaid, BC/BS are the only one we have direct deposited. They send their EOBs electronically to our PM system. Quite a bit more difficult to read than a printed EOB I think. BC/BS has agreed to send us the printed EOBs again because of the terrible format of their electronic eobs.
