BEWARE OF PHREESIA BULLIES

We have someone assigned to our account right now who is high handed and bullying. She has notbeen willing to work with me. Today, after leaving my email and various phone numbers with her on several occasions, she called to invite me to a meeting she had set up with my office manager to get information on our patient flow.
I am in solo practice with a very small staff. My office manager is my receptionist, billing clerk, cashier, etc, I do not want her taken away from her duties. I was offended by this pushiness. We want to get up and running again, but don't like the bullying.

Not sure who you are getting. Our associate couldn't be nicer.

Vicki, once you get it going, you'll love it. They really do a great job. Having the insurance information right then and there, before the patient is seen is great!

Our experience with Phreesia has been very good too. Unfortunately the system hasn't been a good fit for us but the company and our reps did their level best to adjust as much as possible.
