I will most likely outsource my billing. Is there a way to skip the cpt page after I click "sign chart"? Thanks, Ben Chan

Even with outsourcing I would recommend selecting the codes on the CPT page. We are a billing service and we have several AC users who select the codes in AC....then they upload the claim info from AC to us so we can enter the billing accurately and submit the claims. It's easier on you as the provider selecting the CPT in AC rather than finding another way of providing billing info to a billing service. Check out our website, www.mbpros.com, for more information.

I used a separate paper bill for several years with AC, but would still use the billing page because you could then track who had procedures or immunizations or such.
AC can be used to generate the superbill also.

The answer is no. I wanted the same thing.
I fill out a paper superbill and hand it to my office biller. I usually don't finish my office notes until the afternoon well after my biller has started putting the codes into our PM system. So that pop-up CPT page is just a worthless annoyance to me.
