I just want to be able to input that the patient paid the copay (and the amount) into the chart/billing sheet on arrival (so the assistant can do it like they should)

Placing a copay in the record at patient arrival is a good idea but, from what I've noticed, the way the system tables are currently designed make this difficult. It is a bigger change than one would think.
