This is almost not worth mentioning but since it is a bug, I'll mention it.
I put 98.0 in the 'F field of PE. Press the 'F' to change it to 'C'. Then press the 'C' to get back to 'F' (let's say you clicked on the 'F' originally by accident or something). The temp will now read 98.1 'F.
It must be a truncation error in the calculation that rounds up.

I've seen the rounding errors in the calculation back and forth. A bigger bother for me is the error with recording infant head circumference. If you measure the infants head in inches, then forward the chart, the chart will show the same number in cm. I think this only affects 4.0.73 though and I sent in a bug report and got the Angels to acknowledge the bug.
So maybe they'll fix the rounding errors at the same time.

It must be a truncation error in the calculation that rounds up. I have noticed for years that this also occurs in the "Height" field.
