I just wanted to bring this to everyones attention. I just got off the phone with tech support. I guess I never have looked at signed off items that I print and send to other docs etc. But I just did. I went to print a mammogram to send to the surgeon. In AC my comments & signature are there, however when you print those comments nor your sign off actually print. This is the way AC is designed. To me this is a big issue. I actually commented I am not sure what my attorney would think of this if I needed to go to court I would have no way of proving I signed this off. I was told "oh in that case we could go into your system and print it if we needed to". I guess for now my fax folder will be printed and all notes hand written and then scanned.
