With the "Imported Items" tab open, double-clicking on a folder in the left pane closes the folder. Another double-click opens it again, revealing the list of imported items filed in that folder.

Even when I close the folders before exiting that patient's chart, the folders are open again the next time I open that chart's Imported Items. Is there a way to change the default to leave the folders closed? It would make it easier to find items in a chart with a lot of imported items.

Hello John,

I have taken a look at the imported items issue that you mentioned, and will enter this as an enhancement for the program. Unfortunately I do not have a way for you to collapse those folders without them opening automatically when you go back to the imported items section.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I look forward to a future solution.

Unfortunately, the problem of closed folders in the Imported Items (before exiting that patient's chart), defaulting to open again the next time that chart is opened hasn't been corrected in the Version 5 beta.
