I notice that on the summary page, when you add a problem to the problem list by double clicking on an icd-9 code/description, as soon as you close the code window, the new problem appears in the list.
Not so with new medications. You can add a new med to the meds list, but it will not appear, even by switching tabs on the chart. You have to close and re-open the chart to see it added to the list.
Would like to see that remedied.
