The last few times I exported AC to EZ Claims, the insured info is transposed (ie: First Last) instead of the way it is imput into AC (last, first, mi). EZ Claims says it's on your end. We have recently upgraded AC, but on the demo page it still shows "last, first, mi" so where would this be coming from? It means I need to reverse this on EZ Claims so stmts are not transposed to "Doe John". HELP!

I realize my problem is minor compared to other postings (?), but I still would like some input on it. It's been almost two weeks and no response... Thanks, Donna

Hi Donna,
Since I don't use easy claims, I don't really have any way to poke at this problem, or I'd at least try to get you an answer. Have you tried talking to the support folks at Amazing Charts? what did they think the problem was?
Sorry I'm not being much help..

EZ Claims says this problem must have come up in your latest update since it was exporting correctly before that (??). Anyway, they said not to use commas when entering data in AC, which I did, but it defaults back to commas separating names. Is there some kind of fix for this?? Thanks alot! Donna
