We have a three-physician practice. My problem is that when we use the AC prescription writer the physcian's name is not on the prescription. Only the practice name is printed. Can this be changed?

I am assuming you do have the physician's name in the lower right corner next to the signature line and that your reference to the practice name you means that you would like the physician's name to appear along with the practice name.
No, there isn't a way to actually place their name above the address lines, but you can do what I did and add their names to one of the extra address lines in the admin section. That might work.
HTH, feel free to post back if it did or didn't

No, the physician's name does not appear anywhere on our prescriptons. Only the DEA # and state license # are printed on the prescriptions.

Oh, in that case, it should be in the lower right corner. The first thing that jumps to mind is maybe your printer is expanding the page beyond the size of letter paper, you could change the driver settings to 'shrink to fit'. Does this happen with all of your printers, or can you print to PDF and does the signatur line appear there. Might you have accidentally changed your default script style in the Admin section?
That's all I've got right now. I'll add ideas for you to consider if I come up with any.
