I am hopeful someone here can help. Carlos was to look into this over 2 weeks ago and get right back to me...well no word yet. When I sign off an imported item none of the comments I make are saved. For example today signed off a colonoscopy report and stated I was sending for a repeat etc, this statement nor my signature is there. This includes when you print the item. It does not matter what format the item is either, 2 weeks ago when I called it was photos of a dog bite that I needed to print and sent to Animal Control. None of the comments are there. From a legal issue this is huge. Any thoughts?

Trish was very promt and they are going over my databases and will let me know Monday. Will keep you posted. Had I not gone to print yesterday I would have had no clue this was still a problem. I have found several others and can repeat it on my test patient, not good!

Just an update and a BIG FYI: As of right now no on else has reported this but they were able to reproduce the issue on my database and the AC database they use for training. This is now in the programers hands to find the problem.
