OK, we are up and running on Office Ally. We can submit on paper and electronically (medicare).

But is there any way to run an A/R report w/o a PMR (yes we are patiently waiting)or doing double entry.

I don't want to run out at this time and get x-link (last quote for a Medisoft 2 user , exlink install and ac fee, was over $6000.00) and a pmr for what I hope will be a short wait for Amazing Charts PMR.

Check out our Basic and BasicPlus Services at www.mbpros.com. You can buy the cheapest version of Medisoft ($299) and $159.95 for a 2nd provider...and then get X-Link for $1544 (and then the AC linking fee)...much lower than the $6000 fee you mentioned. And that's only if you want linking. Many providers want the billing service to enter charges to ensure claims are submitted accurately.
