Currently, the default note format (ie 'detailed note with practice header, SOAP note, etc) is whatever was last printed. I would like to change the default to whatever was last highlighted. I almost never print notes, but when I do I wind up having to select the format I want for the rest of the day until I print a note in another format.

I don't think that is possible. You could send a "recommend improvement" idea to AC Central, maybe it is not that difficult, but then they have a long list of things.
Anyone else with idea?
