So I get an email today saying my credit card has been declined for AC annual tech support as the bank recently changed the #. I can't respond to the email, so I call and am told that I can't change the card on the phone I have to do it online. I go online and I can't change it there either. The card is set to rebill in a week or so, so I'm told I have to check back in a week to see if I can pay it then. How hard do I have to work to give AC my money? sheesh!
