I cannot maximize the reporting tools that seem to be avialable thru the SEARCH function AC. i cannot get reliable data when using the multiple search tool. For example, gender and age to pull age stratified women for mammography review.
In addition, any data that is TRACKED is not accessable to the SEARCH function--why not?
Registry and report writing is a big gap in current AC --yet being pushed by our community payors and large health consortiums ( like Caterpillar and our 2 big hosp systems). i need to be able to play with the big hitters! Mike

Then you'll have to get a big league EMR, which, as you knonw, is pricey.
