I thought I would link to this here because some of the comments show how a technical start-up focused sub-set of the population sees health care. It thought some of you might find it interesting.

news.ycombinator is a lesser known news aggregator with a smallish following that generally has reasonable commentors. Subjects are start-ups, buisiness, and programming. All other links are moderated out.
