I just want to know if anyone has any experience with this. I am now using MTBC along with AC for my billing. MTBC has been fine, what has not been fine has been AC. It will not export the correct number of units of codes that require multiple units (I do EMG studies and these require multiple units). I just updated to the latest beta version of AC as this was supposed to correct this but it continues to be a problem. Does anyone know if this is also a problem with using EZClaim along with AC? Any information would be useful as I am considering using this bypass the AC problem.

I would check the exported file. They can be a bit hard to read but once exported, if the info was there in AC, the info should be in that file. Check there first to make sure your billing software is not skipping that field.

FYI- I liked EZClaim at first but it was a burden in the end and did not work well for our office. I liked that we could import from AC but to be honest, it was difficult to manage patients, payments, and many other things. Many people like it though, so I can't completely discourage the use of it.

I am also using AC and MTBC. The number of units and modifiers are not exported, so I just mention them in the billing notes.

Hi Bert,
Just working, working, working...
I haven't even updated to AC 4.0 yet, because I don't seem to have time to deal with all these numerous bugs mentioned in previous posts. I am going to wait for a new a 7.** with no bugs, then I'll upgrade mine.

I know the feeling. But, just so you know, I have not had any bugs.
