I have done this before, and thought on V4 but I just tried to run a multiple report with age and date of last visit and came up with either no patients or patients well outside of the selected age criteria.
Anyone else having problems with the search function?

Sure am. I regularly do a monthly list of pts seen for the month....2 functions, #pts and provider specific. Since the change, my number is erratic, giving me 682 pts -- very wrong and pulls patients from all over. I discussed this with Dan at the AC office last week and he said it was a bug and would be fixed by this week.....not fixed yet, it's still providing wrong info.
