I hope this wasn't already a thread, and I hope I am not the very last person to figure this out. That would be embarrassing. We bought Epocrates as an add on to AC. It is almost useless because it takes so long to load and you have to log on every time you go to it. Worse, it has a new home page and seems to open on that page every time it opens. I was going to have it turned off, which was a shame because I often use the formulary information. Then I had the epiphany that you simply should open it in the browser you use, minimize it, run AC and click on it any time you want. ( I feel stupid about this, but I am betting at least ONE person had not thought of doing this, so I hope I helped someone!)

You are not the only one. Sounds like a good solution. I'll have to give it a try. I use epocrates frequently, but I have just been keeping my cell phone/PDA next to my computer and accessing epocrates through it.

I like the browser idea, except I use a separate computer in each room and the web site will only let you log in once. I suppose I could just use the free side and not log in.
