Hello I was just wondering what people use to store their files in Imported Items- I have been using pdfs but they tend (at least in my experience) to be much larger than compressed tiffs- and other options. Are there any reasons not to save in tiff instead of pdf due to size reasons- or should I consider something else- thanks

I use pdfs, easier to deal with, share, transport, and mark-up if need be , interface is nice w/ AC, and my scanner automatically generates pdfs w/o any fuss or muss.

I use PDF's so they load much faster than TIFF's. My pdf pages load almost as fast as I click the page and the tiff's took up to 5-10 seconds to load which made them not efficient for me to use on a regular basis in the exam room.
