Version 4 bug? -- When adding a new provider in the Letter Writer (bottom right of the "Print Encounters/Send Letter" window), the newly added Name and Address are not displayed when a new letter is opened. The provider names, etc., that I added in past still work, however.

I believe you need to restart Amazing Charts for the changes to take effect. Does that solve it?

I have the same problem, new referring doc, receptionist inputs into the rolodex, but I can't see the name to write the letter unless I restart AC. Annoying!! Maybe Jon could work on this.

Do you have to restart AC or only your receptionist?

I guess my question is if your receptionist enters the new consultant and then restarts his/her computer so that the name is now in the Rolodex, is it instantly in your computer so that you can use it or do you have to restart yours?

Oh, that's no fun. Can you at least just log off and log back on?

Sorry about all the boring questions.
