After a VERY frustrating series of attempts to install V4 (I had lots of trouble trying to install the SQL due to the "can't write to log" error, I was able to finally install V4, however I'm unable to migrate the data, I get a message telling me I need to use the database tuner. Since I'm upgrading from V 3.715, I try to use that one, but it tells me that this tuner had already run successfully, do I want to try it again, if I say yes, it tells me it was successfully updated, to restart AC, when I do so, and try again the migration, I get an error that closes the program. If I try the new databse tuner for V 4, then I get a different error stating that can't connect to database, details: TCP port needs to be set to 61067. I'm running a 64-bit Vista.
Any help, anybody??????
Thanks!

I tried it, and now I get a different error: Description: Could not load file or assembly 'chilkatDotNet2, Version+8.8.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=eb5fc1f52ef09bd' or one of its dependencies. The sytem cannot find the file specified. Details: Could not load file or assembly 'chilkatDotNet2, Version+8.8.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=eb5fc1f52ef09bd' or one of its dependencies. The sytem cannot find the file specified. SmartExceptionsCore.UnhandledException@738, offset:41 Source: (some weird characters) Now what do I do?

I would call Guardian support - you could even save a screenshot in notepad and then e-mail them if they want to see it.

Update: I was able to bypass the database tuner problem by installing on my XP laptop as the "main" computer, then I copied and pasted the folder into my real main computer, after a few glitches, I was able to install it succesfully and it works fine now... except that many imported files are missing (not all, but many), and the missing imported files utilities in the admin section haven't been much help. It will be impossible to manually restore each individual file, I tried copying the imported files folder but had no success with this, any ideas?
Thanks!
