I suggest another button in the sign off window, to allow the attachment to be deleted before it is saved into the imported items. If a lab or reports are duplicates, I'd like to stop them before being signed off.
I tried to delete the individual email messages before opening the sign off window, but it doesn't seem to delete the imported document.

you have to right click on the imported item, then select delete. then enter admin and password to fully delete. be careful if you ever see a "delete lab 0"-it'll delete all the things in your inbox. if you're using latest ac ver, it shouldn't be a problem.

This works in the Imported Items window. I'm talking about the window to sign off en masse, when you get items to sign off in your email.
