I am trying to import (by scanning) consults that are 3 pages long. I am unable to get 3 pages under 1 heading. I check the "multiple pages" box when scanning. I end up with 3 separate entries for 1 consult report. What am I doing wrong?

Probably you select a wrong format when scanning multiple pages. If you select JPG or GIF and Multipage, you would have several separate entities, because JPG and GIF don't support multipage files. Make sure you select TIF or PDF when scanning multile pages.

I agree, I always try to use PDF to keep the pages together. Also w/ PDF files, you can view them right in Amazing chart. Using the TIFF mode causes your screen to change to a TIFF viewer (a separate application) which searches your AC directory for the import item, and takes you away from the AC Import Screen. This saves a lot of time

Doesn't selecting "Multiple Pages" cause the scan to default to either TIFF or PDF?
