When you pull your daily batch of superbills, right now all of my superbills have "total charges: $0.00". These charges should be tied in with the patient's insurance and the contract that I have with their insurance. Soooo... is there a place to enter these contracted rates somewhere? How do these fields get populated? Thanks.
