(for people who get labs via ac)
i have a lot of older pts w/ multi chronic dz, and some of them slip down the chronic kid dz slope, and crcl goes down. i try to be as aware of the trends, but when i'm renewing meds in a rush, sometimes a newly decreased crcl doesn't get noted, and i don't fully renally adjust the med. i could write the crcl on the allergies section, but b/c it always changes w/ lab draws, i was wondering if there's a way (perhaps templatewise) to put the crcl somewhere on the rx writer (and preferably somewhere on the script so the pharmacist can see too).
