Are people who use it happy with surescripts and is it easy to incorporate in daily clinic activity. Any problems? Does it really cut down on an offices' time and expense.

If we had only one or at most two pharmacies I would probably use it. It is not that easy to use, but could be learned. It must have the patients demographics added (and you must keep them up to date!) separately from AC at this time. The Rx writer in AC is SO easy to use and works so well that I just couldn't be bothered with surescripts. Sometime in the next year we will probably see the upgrade for AC that will allow Surecripts to work seamlessly with AC. I will be all over it when that happens.
