OP djkym Member Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 121	we have alot of people with same last names, and when staff sends messages to each other, it looks like B. SMITH. whereas when we save a note to work on it later, it has the full first and last name. does anyone know of a way to have the full first name too for messaging? btw, it seems like ver 4 AC is coming out later this month...
