Is there a way for me to add CPT codes that are not in the database already? There are several surgical T codes which we need to be able to generate patient bills for but this is not possible as the AC database doesn't contain all of the CPT codes? Can anyone offer any suggestions, or how could I get AC to add certain CPTs into the database?

ON THE MAIN SCREEN, CLICK ON "view", then "Codes". Then select "Edit" either ICD or CPT. 3/4 way down the CPT page, click on "Add New Code". Add your code then save.

I have run into a bigger problem--there are technical CPT codes where I need to bill the technical and professional components (ie. -26 and -TC modifiers) separately but I can't do this on AC. I have sent a email to John regarding this but does anyone know of how to get around this?
Thanks

I do not use AC for billing but I know this was discussed at the ACUC meeting and, in fact, I brought it up. I think they were content with space for only 1 (maybe 2) modifiers and I told them that was woefully inadequate.
