Hello all,
I get friendly reminders of updates that I should download. It would be nice to know that update is and what the current running version is.
Where is this information?

Chuck,
In the main screen, click on help. On the dropdown menu, the last two options are:
Check for updates
About Amazing Charts
Check for updates will open a window with the lastest version at the top and give you a listing of every version back to 2.4 along with what changes were made.
About Amaing Charts (like almost any "About ....") under Help will give you your current version.
Alternatively, if you click on About Amazing Charts, the window which opens to show you your current version will also have a button at the far left which allows you to check for updates.
