Guys: Thanks for trying. 72 hrs is tomorrow but tomorrow will be busy, so here is the solution.
Shutting down and restarting did not work.
Version was the newest in that slowpoke workstation.
It turned out to be the date and time was wrong on that workstation (for some reason), the time and date in the right lower corner of screen. She was 1 day behind. So could send the email, but not receive.
Once that was changed, no problem.
Try it in your spare time, and see if you can duplicate the problem.
We did not have time to duplicate the problem, and we were happy to solve first time problem.
