I am curious on your registration forms on the internet. I had key word had mine on the internet and then was encrypting them via email to me. I am currently working what I am going to do to make it HIPPA compliant. It was not being stored on a server but there is still some question as to the compliance of this practice. Is your on a server that is HIPPA compliant or just emailed and not stored? Any help would be great!
