Chris, you are talking about the age-old debate we have had regarding Updox. We use the portal, but could survive without it. The main benefit of Updox for us is document management. Receiving and sending faxes works well (when Updox is working - which is most, but not all of the time). The real issue with Updox- its big advantage - is integration with AC. I know the process for using an MFC to import to AC. I know you describe it as a simple one; perhaps it is "simple" but it still involves a whole series of steps and clicks for every single fax being imported into AC. The process with Updox is far simpler and quicker. Multiply by perhaps a hundred faxes a day, and my staff became strong Updox supporters.

That was then... it will be hard to move away from it. Over $220 a month, intermittent outages, and sometimes annoying support may make it appropriate...

So tell me what you mean by "Theoretically, I can import with Spruce as well."
