So the new features from 12.3 to 12.3.1 seems to be nothing more than having patients schedule their own appointment. This feature is AN ADDITIONAL COST. I was at the last AC user meeting, "shape the future" when this was discussed and AC tech thought this was a great feature, I don't. Hopefully others weight in here. I wonder how many subscribers will pay for this feature.

Otherwise, there seems to be some fixes that are notable, these are a few:

AC-16563 Refill counter on Main Screen shows refills that do not exist
AC-16570 Orders reprinted from past encounters screen print an order different from the one selected.
AC-16580 After update to 12.3 clients have no way to resend a EPCS script
AC-16583 When a user reconciles medications during a visit the reconciliation is not saving in the visit note.
