When you cannot open an EKG because it states the application is already running, then you need to force quit the MidmarkforAmazingCharts.exe and try to open the EKG again. If you are using a server with Remote Desktop, then you will need to ensure users close the Application when not using it, as other users are unable to open it until it is closed. If Midmark would just re-write their coding to allow multiple instances of the application it would not be a problem, but I imagine they have their reasoning.
